How do I create or join a squad?
From the home screen, managers can tap "Create a Squad" to build a team, and players can browse and request to join existing squads in their region.
How do rankings work?
Squads earn points by winning ranked matches. Points determine your rank tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and your position on the regional and global leaderboards.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the emailed instructions.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile screen, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your personal data.
How do I report a problem or another user?
You can report or block another user from their profile, or email us directly at the address above.
